Accepting Listener Support

As you grow your podcast, it’s a great idea to invite your listeners to support your work. Listener Support allows you to easily accept monthly contributions from your fans— we’ll walk you through how to set it up!

Setting Up Listener Support

When you head to Monetization > Listener Support in your Buzsprout account, press Enable. You'll need to be on one of Buzzsprout's paid plans to do so. Then, you’ll be able to customize these details that will show on your supporter page:
  • Title: Add the name of your podcast here!
  • Message: This message will be included in your episode descriptions as the clickable link to your supporter page.
  • Additional Info: Any information added here will be displayed on your supporter page. Pro tip: Use this section to tell listeners what their support means to you or how it helps the show!

How It Works for Your Listeners

The text that you add under Message when setting up your support page will show as a hyperlink in your episode descriptions. When your listeners click the link, they'll be taken to your supporter page where they can set up a monthly contribution to your podcast.

They'll have the option to choose between $3, $5, $8, and $10 monthly contributions, and will fill out their personal details. CleanShot 2025-05-27 at 10.39.10@2x.png Once they’ve subscribed, we’ll send them an email with a link to their supporter page, where they can manage their subscription.

Tracking Your Listener Support

Under Monetization > Listener Support, you'll also be able to track your monthly support. We'll show your supporters and their details, as well as your monthly recurring revenue.
